Our high efficiency cyclone will remove 100% of all particles 100 microns or larger. An average human hair is 70 microns in diameter. Efficiency typically drops below 80% between 11 to 12 microns. Standard industrial cyclones will drop below 80% effieciency at 30 microns. The increasead efficiency helps meet today's tighter emission standards. Not only will emmision standards be improved, but also less dust may be found in the plant atmosphere.
